Designer Cane Necklace

Materials Needed:

	Designer Canes - In your choice of designs
	Straight Edge Razor Blade
	Pin Vice - Available at most hobby stores
	Drill - # 65 .035 diameter available at most hobby stores
	Beading Thread
	Beading Needle
	1 Package of each color seed beads desired

Cut Designer Canes - Warm designer canes following instructions on home page. Using the straight edge razor blade cut Designer Canes at 3/16 ". These thick slices of Designer Canes will become beads.

Drill Designer Canes slices - Put drill into pin vice. Hold Designer Cane slice in your hand between finger and thumb. With other hand holding pin vice drill a hole through the center of Designer Cane slice. Make sure to turn pin vice in one direction only.

String Necklace - Use beading thread and needle string 6 ½ " of seed beads . Than string 1 Designer Cane slice, one or two seed beads, 1 Designer Cane slice, until you have 7 to 9 Designer Canes slices. String 6 ½ " more of seed beads.

Clasp - Attach clasps at each end of necklace.
